Prize Awarding

Terms and Conditions

1. The quiz competition is exclusive for HKU current staff and students (except Libraries staff).

2. One quiz will be available after each webinar until 3 April 2022, 23:59 (Hong Kong Time).

3. Participants will complete the quiz to earn points. Each correct answer is worth one point.

4. Each participant can complete each quiz once only. For multiple submissions, only the first submission will be counted.

5. In total there will be 13 quizzes. Each of the quizzes may carry different points.

6. Participants earning the highest total points will be eligible to the prizes; If two participants earn the same total points, the participant with the shorter duration to complete the quizzes will be eligible to the prize.

7. Prizes awarded to participants with total points from high to low are as listed here:

8. Each participant will be eligible to one prize only.

9. Winners will be notified individually by email to collect the prizes. Should the winner fail to respond by the due date stated in the email, his/her entitlement to the prize will be forfeited without further notice.

10. The Libraries reserves the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions. For any dispute arising from this competition, the decision of the Libraries shall be final and conclusive.
