
The Future of Analytics: Agentic AI for Data Exploration

Abstract
In an era when artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming our world, the ability to collaborate with AI systems effectively, responsibly, and ethically is becoming increasingly important. This workshop engages participants in an immersive exploration of human-AI collaboration, challenging them to solve real-world problems through a synergy of human creativity and AI capabilities. Through a series of hands-on, game-like challenges, participants will experience the potential and limitations of AI tools while developing critical competencies in collaborating with AI. Through collaborative problem-solving, peer debriefing, discussion, and reflection, participants will gain invaluable insights into amplifying our collective intelligence while preserving essential human competencies through human-AI co-intelligence.
Learning Outcomes:
After completing the session, learners will be able to
- Gain hands-on experience in configuring and deploying AI agents for data interaction.
- Learn to leverage AI agents to automate data exploration tasks.
- Understand fundamental concepts of building agentic AI workflows for practical implementation.
Required Items: Please bring a laptop computer to participate in the hands-on activities.
